Good dinner in Darlinghurst - Blue Angel Restaurant

If u wanted to have a formal western dinner, the Blue Angel Restaurant was a good choice. Blue Angel Restaurant offers best Australian food and the finest Kobe Beef matched with impeccable service for over 55 yrs.

The meal I recommend are the Wellington Beef and the fried rice with mushrooms.

The Wellington Beef is made up with the finest Kobe Beef. It is a big meal required one and a half hour to be cook. Plz remember to pre-order first to avoid waiting for long time.

Then the mushroom fried rice is also a good meal.

It is an amazing restaurant that is a bastion of the old school Italian approach. The focus is on ultra-fresh seafood and highest quality meats, better and more consistent than anywhere else you can find in Sydney. The owner imports his own lobsters and other seafood, mainly from Tasmania. The restaurant has its own massive tanks for the crabs and lobsters that are on display, larger than anything I have seen before. It also dry ages its own wagyu meats onsite. The menu is massive (literally) and every item is well crafted and delicious. A number of fusion dishes are now on the menu, a nod to its mostly Asian clientele. A number of dishes are actually prepared table-side, sometimes by the owner himself. This restaurant is a multi-decade and multi-generational labour of love that harks back to the days of the "big night out". This restaurant is not cheap, but for the quality of produce that you can experience is great value, (close to per-kilo market price for the seafood) and not replicated anywhere else that I have seen. Highly recommended.
